Accessability

Everyone is entitled to a great experience at Gröna Lund. Therefore we aim to make the park as accessible as possible for disabled guests. If you have any questions you can always visit our Guest service center (Gästservice) to the left of the Main entrance for more information.

Restrooms

Restrooms for disabled persons can be found at:

  • By Spanska Trappan on the Large Area side
  • By Tuff-Tuff Tåget
  • By the ticket office at the Main entrance
  • To the right of the Main stage
  • Across from the roller coaster Jetline
  • Behind the Small stage

Admission

Disabled guests pay regular admission. Assistants have free entry. Please visit our Guest service center to the left of the Main entrance for more information and access to the park.

Moving between the small and big area

If you cannot use the stairs separating the two areas, use our outside entrances to move between the two areas of the park. Our entrance hosts will be happy to assist you!

Assistants

Admission is free for assistants to guests with disabilities. If possible, please bring a certification and present it to the staff in Guest service (Gästservice). When the guest needs assistance in the attractions, assistants may come along free of charge. Please inform the Guest service staff in order to receive a stamp. Assistants should be 16 years or older.

Please note that you also need admission to the park.

Small stage conerts

During concerts at our small stage there is an area reserved for wheelchairs outside Classic Café. Reservations can be made three days in advance by calling 010-708 91 00.

There are places reserved at Classic Café for guests with documented invisible disabilities. Tickets can be obtained on a first come first served basis at Guest Service by the Main entrance upon presenting documents of your diagnosis.

Attractions

Guests with disabilities pay regular price for rides. Most of the attractions have entrance through the exit for wheelchairs. If you have trouble getting in or out of the attraction, you can remain seated for an extra ride (maximum three at a time).

Guests with invisible disabilities (whose challenges affect the ability to stand in line) may also enter the attractions through the exit. Please present a document of the diagnosis, with the challenges specified to the staff in Guest service by our Main entrance in order to receive a stamp. The document can be issued by a health-care provider, school, assistant company and so forth. Guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Guests may bring a maximum of three people during the ride. Please visit Guest service for more information.
