If 2025 had a soundtrack, it was without a doubt “Bara Bada Bastu”. The song was an instant smash and took the world by storm. It went straight to #1 on Spotify in both Sweden and Finland, topped charts across the Nordics and the Baltics, and climbed all the way to #1 on Spotify Viral 50 Global.
The trio – Kevin Holmström, Axel Åhman and Jakob Norrgård – began their journey in their hometown of Vörå in 2009. With humor, warmth and sharp lyrics celebrating Finland-Swedish culture, they’ve created a signature style of their own, where Nordic folk melodies meet modern pop and theatre.
What started as a local phenomenon quickly grew into sold-out tours, chart-topping albums and, ultimately, a historic win at Melodifestivalen 2025—making KAJ the first Finland-Swedish act to represent Sweden in Eurovision.
Saturday 2 May at 18:00, it’s time as KAJ takes over Gröna Lund’s Main stage and kicks off the concert summer of 2026 with sauna heat, humor and sing-alongs.
