    From the ghetto in the United States to gold vivas in Tumba. Mapei has a background and upbringing marked by contrasts, which also pervades her career today.

    She is an outstanding lyricist and a genre-crossing artist who cannot be pigeonholed. Mapei has collaborated with both Swedish House Mafia and Kanye West and had a world hit with his own song "Don't wait". She has been praised for her performance in this year's edition of "Så Mycht Bättre", among other things for her interpretation of Eagle-Eye Cherry's "Save tonight" which, under Mapei's direction, became "Minns ikväll". On June 27 at 20.00 we look forward to seeing Mapei step out on Gröna Lund's Big Stage.
