The Corrs, the Irish pop and folk group, released the album Talk On Corners in 1997, which was already an international success – not least in Sweden. But it was in the early 2000s that they had their big breakthrough with the single Breathless, which has now been streamed over a quarter of a billion times.

The siblings behind The Corrs consist of Andrea, Sharon, Caroline and Jim Corr. Their love for music began long before – their entire upbringing was marked by tones and melodies. The siblings themselves have said: "When we could pretty much stand on our own, an instrument was put in our hands."

The Corrs have always let the Irish folk music tradition be a central part of their sound. When they then added pop influences, the combination became irresistible – and success around the world became a fact.
