Since the beginning of Tyrol's Julbord in 1983, our chefs have prepared lots of delicacies with great care as Christmas approaches. Tyrol's Julbord has its origins in the magnificent nature of Lapland, and many suppliers can be found in the picturesque village of Vilhelmina. It is here, among Norrland's mountains, coniferous forest and rivers, that we find the quality ingredients that form the basis of our Christmas buffet. Among other things, you will find fresh char from the Malgomasjön, tasty cranberries from the Nästansjömyrnerna and juicy reindeer meat from local Sami villages on the menu.
